Some emails indicate Friday then another email tells me it will be Monday, then in the end delivery on Friday... so I was absent and had to pick it up at a depot that I did not choose and it was not pleasant to find myself in an unchosen neighborhood.

The order was placed quickly (approximately one week). The print quality of the band is very good. The double creases for folding and making the edges of the boxes were not very marked, but nothing that can't be solved with the use of a ruler, although it takes a little more time.

I ordered 2 sample boxes, I paid for both as I wanted to see how they looked in both colors. I received 2 black boxes (I ordered 1 white and one beige) and 2 separate color samples. If I had known that the samples were like this and not the box in the colors I wanted, I would have ordered only 1 sample box. In the end, I wanted to decide on one of the colors and seeing them in black does not allow me to decide on any. The boxes are very nice but my experience regarding the samples is not satisfactory.

In the window that appears when you request samples, there is a notice that samples are always sent in random colors and we send the pieces of chosen colors when we do not have the boxes directly. We cannot produce just one box.

I only ordered one product but I am delighted with my purchase! Very short processing time, very fast shipping. The boxes are of very good quality and the little attentions are appreciated.
However, I removed one star for the shipping costs because for small boxes in small quantities I paid 33% for shipping (a little over 13€) which is huge for that... but I would not hesitate to order more products next time.

I received my order quickly. However, the delivery person did not drop it off at my home but at a pickup point even though I paid for home delivery. There are no assembly instructions in the package, nor a link to a tutorial. The box received is not really identical to the photo, it seems like a part is missing inside, there are no notches to secure the card. I am disappointed.

Hello Edwigde, Indeed for ref. 2520 (S and M), it is clearly indicated on the product sheet (description) that you need to have a glue gun to assemble this box. That is why you received glue sticks in your order. For the sample, we glue it with an adhesive strip so that you can see the assembled box and check that the internal dimensions suit you.
