Recurrent positives include good value and clear, practical design details, such as accurate product descriptions, thoughtful add-ons, and reliable repeat-order satisfaction.
I am satisfied with my order in terms of the shopping experience on the site and the shipping time.
I still have 2 remarks:
- I had previously ordered a sample of the product that I then ordered in quantity but I did not benefit from a discount on this second purchase as mentioned in case of purchasing a sample
- I was not informed by the UPS carrier that my package had arrived at my pickup point

Good service, the site is easy to navigate. However, the shipping costs are way too high.

The assembly is a bit complicated: a mounted sample included in the package would be welcome.

The fact that you have to assemble the boxes yourself would imply providing an instruction manual (assembly instructions) in each shipment.

Hello,
I personalized labels with my order of invitation boxes but after finalizing the order I see that only the boxes were taken into account. Disappointed. But the boxes are great anyway.

Very good quality box. Easy to assemble. However, I received some boxes with a pre-cut that needed to be redone with a cutter. Very fast shipping.

Rather fast shipping, the extra box was welcome. Very nice boxes and easy to assemble. However, they can get damaged at the folding point. It's a shame that the kraft cardboard papers are not adapted to the size of the boxes, it forces you to cut them. Overall, I recommend.

The ordering process was extremely difficult as well as the delivery where 2 addresses were mixed up; fortunately, I was able to arrange with the delivery person (you do not offer home delivery)
You do not provide an assembly manual for your boxes; sometimes it wouldn't hurt.
Your company is 'nice' but customer service leaves much to be desired.
A very good point to Cécile POUZET who accompanied me throughout my process

Products conform to the description, well packaged. Package arrived on time, in good condition. However, shipping costs are very excessive !!!!!!!!!! When ordering in bulk, it's reasonable, but for a purchase of 20 boxes, paying €12 for shipping on a €22 order is a bit exaggerated...

I am very happy with my order :) The products are very beautiful and exactly as described on the site. The delivery was very fast! Only small downside, the packaging of the products is too light, and some items are damaged during transport. But I will still order from this site for the next occasion!
