I have been ordering boxes for my two craft activities for years. The site is very well done, very clear, easy to navigate. The only downside for me is the choice of delivery, it is always impossible to select the closest relays to my home and therefore, I have to travel kilometers to pick up my order. On that side, it could be improved, but otherwise nothing to say!

I have been ordering for several years and I am generally satisfied. I just find that on my last order the folding marks of some boxes are not as good as usual and that some boxes are poorly cut, especially the pizza boxes. I had to recut some tabs myself which takes time.

Average, a correct experience but some services need improvement. In particular, the navigation on the site is not intuitive and the delivery via UPS was a real disaster!!!! 3 days late. I had to go myself to pick up my parcel at a UPS warehouse because the delivery people were not able to deliver to me. I received absence messages while I was home all day! It's a shame!

We attach great importance to prints and our workshop always makes sure to check files before printing them. Consequently, our graphic designer and our workshop had to make several modifications. This is why your order was delayed in delivery. Unfortunately, the workshop did not inform us of this internal processing and we could not pass this information on to you in due time from customer service. We sincerely apologize for this exceptional error. We usually inform customers as soon as possible when their files have defects. Hello, Small remark, not about the quality of the products, but about the packaging of the products. We order cardboard products that are not sufficiently protected and cushioned, resulting in the corners being creased.
