Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Eva,
Indeed, thank you for sending us the photos of your package. Fortunately, the boxes inside were not damaged by the carrier's lack of care!
I have forwarded your photos to them to request more attention in the shipping of our packages.
Have a nice day.
Christelle

The site is very well done and practical. I used it through my smartphone. The only slightly annoying point concerns the return to the top of the page after viewing an item.. But it's not a hindrance at all!

The printing on the boxes appears slightly misaligned vertically once the box is assembled. This is due to the fold that I did not take into account in the design. It would therefore be helpful to point this out during the creation on your webapp.

the self-adhesive labels that we stick on the box look really horrible and unprofessional, we have to fold the boxes ourselves... anyway, not professional at all

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Cyril, as you can see on all the sheets of our boxes, we indicate whether they are easy or not to assemble yourself. As our brand indicates 'Selfpackaging', all our references are to be assembled by you.
Regarding the stickers, this is the most economical customization option. Please note that we can also print directly on the box from 300 units. For this, you should contact our sales department through the following email: [email protected]
Do not hesitate to get back to us if needed. Best regards,

Too bad the street number was missing from the address. The postman must have searched for a long time and was somewhat annoyed, which is normal, especially since I had clearly provided you with the street number!

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Joseph, You had indicated the street number in the title of your registered address in your client area and not in the 'address' field intended for the carrier. I took the liberty of correcting the address you registered in your space so that this does not happen again and that the number appears correctly on the shipping label. Have a great day.

The boxes are easy to make. I received more in quantity than I ordered which allows for a backup if some are not perfect (the plastics are less regular than the boxes, but overall it's good). I recommend

The shipment was very fast but the packaging could have been a bit better done. The box was too big, the filling with cushioning particles could have been avoided, and the packages of boxes inside slid which ended up wrinkling the tissue paper that came with it.
Aside from this, I am very happy with the boxes.
