Products received quickly and matching the description. Good quality.
High shipping costs compared to the product price, which considerably increases the unit cost.

Very disappointed with my last order ("selfpackaging" written on the cardboard boxes while this is not the case in the product sheets), and even more disappointed with the after-sales service.

Basket made the day before with a promotion on the items. Basket validated the next day, the promotion had expired. I would have liked to know this beforehand, I would have validated my basket the same day...

For everything concerning boxes, no problem. However, for the printing of stickers, very very disappointed. The colors do not match even though the files were well provided in CMYK and I called to ensure the proper execution of these colors. Since it was part of a set with other goodies, the colorimetric discrepancy is significant. Unfortunately, it is impossible to redo the stickers as the deadline is too tight. Printing needs to be reviewed.

The price is attractive but the shipping cost is simply exorbitant, for the price one could expect luxury packaging but far from it, just a simple cardboard box, no reinforcements, and nothing protects the order. My box arrived completely damaged, I was lucky that the merchandise was in good condition. So service needs to be reviewed or prices lowered!

Perfect in terms of delivery. The products are really of quality but the site is much, much too slow. 45 minutes of browsing between products. It's really a shame, as I almost left just because of that.

Very expensive delivery (and the minimum to get it free is expensive too...)
However, very good quality product, they sent me the tape to assemble my pack (it may seem silly but it wasn't 'mandatory' so great attention on their part), they also provided 2-3 packs and 5-6 more labels than I ordered just in case there were any mistakes.
Overall nothing to complain about, I recommend but not for mini budgets.

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to respond to our questionnaire.
Regarding the ordered boxes, their bases are made of micro-corrugated cardboard (thick and resistant) specifically used for postal shipments and their lids are made of lightweight cardboard as indicated on the site.
We offer you the option to order samples before proceeding with a bulk order to get a preview of our boxes' rendering.
Regarding the gift, we have included the free Valentine's file in your order. You just needed to download it from your account and print it to decorate your boxes with.
Please feel free to get back to us for more information.
Best regards
