Second order and nothing to complain about! :D fast and careful shipping, too bad the shipping costs are high because the quality/price ratio of the boxes is interesting.

The address on the label was incomplete and the UPS driver not being very bright, I had to call the local UPS office to be delivered at home ...

Top service they always offer a little more than the requested quantity, this is the second time I order from you and I have absolutely nothing to say!! If anything, maybe a bit more choice on the boxes as well as on the colors seems to be a plus! Otherwise, I appreciate your seriousness and the speed of delivery!!! I will gladly return for my next orders

Very happy with my purchase. Just the delivery was complicated, I paid more for it to arrive at my home, I had to go to a pickup point, supposedly they couldn't find my address, which is very easy to find.

You cannot order more than 100 large boxes (depending on the models). I pay high shipping costs while my orders are eligible for free shipping.

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Jennifer, Indeed, all boxes made of micro-fluted cardboard have a maximum order volume on the site depending on their sizes. This mainly concerns transport costs. This type of cardboard is expensive to ship and from a certain quantity, shipments must be made by pallet (and not by parcel). To order more units, it is advisable to make several orders or to contact us by email at [email protected] to establish a quote for you. As indicated in the delivery conditions, free shipping does not apply to micro-fluted cardboard boxes (like the tray you ordered). Don't hesitate to get back to us for more information. Best regards,
