Fast delivery. Products perfectly matching what was ordered. Bonus: received an extra sample to practice assembling the packaging, which is really a nice touch towards the customer. The assembly is clearly explained on the site, making it accessible. Top!

The boxes arrived loose in the oversized carton. The ties holding the boxes gave way. Some boxes were dented..!

The boxes arrived loose in the oversized carton. The ties holding the boxes gave way. Fortunately, no box was dented.
No express delivery option, by carrier (UPS, Chronospost 24h, etc...), even with a surcharge.

Site and delivery by UPS are acceptable, but I am not satisfied with the content. I had ordered 5 boxes with burgundy lids. In fact, I received 6 boxes, 5 with brown lids and only one with a burgundy lid.
