Nothing went as planned... When I wanted to place an order, I was informed that the offer I was given was supposedly false and that the final amount was actually twice as high for the same product! Then there were multiple delays in production, delivery and every time I asked to be informed about the delivery time, I always had to follow up 2-3 times, as there was no tracking of my order! It's a shame because the result of the personalized boxes I ordered is very satisfactory, but at what cost to receive them…

Hello Cédric,
Sorry about the confusion about the price. The price was quoted by another sales agent that doesn't work with us anymore.
Regarding the lead time we are really sorry not to achieve your deadline. It happens infrequently. Sorry about that.

Package OK,
Nice attention,
Deadlines OK except that the relations with the carrier were very difficult! 3 days late because of UPS... It makes express delivery expensive.

Perfect, fast shipping, well-marked packaging, a nice product in accordance with the description and images (maybe missing the assembly manual, but no problem, with a little skill, it works).
I recommend.

Sometimes the site is difficult to access. Otherwise good products. However, the shipping costs are expensive compared to the total order. It discourages me from ordering!

The products are always of good quality. However, the huge package was too heavy to lift. The relay point was not happy and on my side, I had to find someone with a vehicle. It would have been better to decompose it. The relay point informed me that the volume and weight of the package were not compliant.
