First order on this site, and what satisfaction. In addition to a neat, clean, creative site and detailed products, the service is perfect. An explanatory note on the assembly of my box, or a note indicating that the assembly video was easily accessible online would have been the icing on the cake, but we always want more. Well done.

Package received earlier than the announced deadline, it was a nice surprise. I really appreciated the presence of the double-sided tape and the attention to put 5 extra copies in the package for any folding mishaps. Thank you. I found your company very professional and concerned about customer satisfaction! Well done! Finally, when I received my order, I tried to do the assembly, and obviously I knew that something was not quite right. So, I went back to your site and looked for the demonstration video. When I found it, I watched it and was able to correct my mistake. That was great!
