Customer reviews of Selfpackaging

Hello Aurélie, Your order underwent long printing tests because your original file had defects. We attach great importance to prints and our workshop always makes sure to check files before printing them. Consequently, our graphic designer and our workshop had to make several modifications. This is why your order was delayed in delivery. Unfortunately, the workshop did not inform us of this internal processing and we could not pass this information on to you in due time from customer service. We sincerely apologize for this exceptional error. We usually inform customers as soon as possible when their files have defects. Regarding the result, please send us photos of the boxes received by email at [email protected] to verify the print quality. Best regards. Selfpackaging.

Thank you Myriam, we are delighted to read your comment. Your message has been forwarded to Elia ;) Best regards. Selfpackaging.

Hello Jami, We are sincerely sorry for the customer attention received on your order. Indeed, we had to reinforce our customer service team during this period with a high volume of orders and it turns out that the service was not up to our requirements. We suffered from a lack of materials on your order which resulted in a delay in shipping. Then the selected relay point being closed could not receive your package. This one was finally delivered yesterday, December 1st in another relay point. I send you the address by email in parallel and reiterate our apologies for this succession of inconveniences. Sincerely yours. Selfpackaging.

Hello Sylvie, We thank you very much for taking the time to share your satisfaction and moreover to name Elia. We will immediately forward your comment to her and are delighted to have met your expectations despite the error made. Looking forward to seeing you again! Best regards. Selfpackaging.
