The delivery is not compliant, we received a printed ribbon while we wanted a plain ribbon! They say free shipping from 95 euros, and they charge you 20 euros for shipping! No, this is not perfect
Translated reviews
Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Tony, The ribbon corresponds well to the one you ordered, but there was a bug on the site not displaying previews of all the ribbons. I confirm that we have just fixed this bug and that the ribbons appear correctly now. I will get back to you privately for the sending of a new ribbon. Regarding shipping costs, free shipping applies under certain conditions, notably the choice of a relay point as the recipient. Since you requested direct delivery to your address, free shipping did not apply to your order. You can read the conditions through this link: https://selfpackaging.fr/content/10-envoi-de-commandes.
