Selfpackaging consistently delivers on-time and fast service, with many customers noting quick shipping, clean packaging, and reliable delivery that meets expectations. The product quality and presentation stand out, with sturdy, well-made boxes, easy assembly, and careful attention to presentation of printed materials and extras that enhance the unboxing experience. Customer service is described as attentive and helpful, offering swift online and phone support and solutions that keep orders moving smoothly. Recurrent positives include good value and clear, practical design details, such as accurate product descriptions, thoughtful add-ons, and reliable repeat-order satisfaction.
My boxes arrived almost 1 month after the order and I only received a 20% discount on my next purchase as compensation, while I needed them quickly for work!! I lost money! Moreover, there are no instructions in the package to help you assemble the boxes, which is difficult! The plus is that there are extra units beyond the requested quantity in case of error.

I received 4 samples. Two were perfect, thank you.
However, for the tray and sleeve model, I never received the part that goes around the box, so it doesn't close. For the gift box with lid, you sent me two bases, which means I didn't receive a lid and therefore cannot assemble the box.

Interesting site with very nice items, plus there are ideas for customizing boxes, it's very good. However, the actual dimensions seemed smaller, I am disappointed.

In line with my order. Colors and formats OK. Too bad the shipping packaging is so thin because one of the boxes was damaged.

I didn't have any issues this time. Sometimes there is a problem with the choice of box sizes. Indeed, when moving from one page to another, the size resets to the smallest by default, which requires vigilance!

It's a site with a wide choice of packaging ideal for finding the object we like. The speed of sending the order is very pleasant with an extra copy in case of mistakes when creating the boxes, which is very appreciable. I would not hesitate to turn to your site again when I need it.

Good products. Small negative point with the illegible labeling by the relay point, which did not allow me to know if the package was delivered or not
