Home delivery at the price of the relais point due to COVID. Quick and efficient contact. Correct product.
I would have liked the weight of the cardboard to be indicated or an indication of the rigidity.

well-designed site, simple purchase tunnel but needs assistance for customization. an 'add to cart' rather than 'print by us' would be simpler. however, the chat service is very responsive and helps to overcome some difficulties encountered on the site

I placed 2 orders in a short time. The delivery was quick. The boxes are really nice. However, there was a mistake on the 2nd order, and an additional box was added that I didn't request. Hence my 4 stars.

I am satisfied with my order but it was very poorly packaged, so I have 6 boxes that arrived damaged. This represents 10% of my order...

Quick turnaround, varied and quality products. I would have liked the simulations for creating and positioning self-adhesive labels to be more understandable... So I went to order my labels elsewhere

Navigating the site was not easy. But we always had good feedback from Christelle Dellandrea who made an effort to help us use the customization software which is not really clear to use. However, delivery and packaging were impeccable. Thank you.

Site and delivery by UPS are acceptable, but I am not satisfied with the content. I had ordered 5 boxes with burgundy lids. In fact, I received 6 boxes, 5 with brown lids and only one with a burgundy lid.

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Claire, Following your message, I have just requested our workshop to resend you the 5 lids in burgundy color, you should receive them by the end of the week. Indeed, in case of error, you should contact us by phone or email so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

The delivery is not compliant, we received a printed ribbon while we wanted a plain ribbon! They say free shipping from 95 euros, and they charge you 20 euros for shipping! No, this is not perfect
Translated reviews
Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Tony, The ribbon corresponds well to the one you ordered, but there was a bug on the site not displaying previews of all the ribbons. I confirm that we have just fixed this bug and that the ribbons appear correctly now. I will get back to you privately for the sending of a new ribbon. Regarding shipping costs, free shipping applies under certain conditions, notably the choice of a relay point as the recipient. Since you requested direct delivery to your address, free shipping did not apply to your order. You can read the conditions through this link: https://selfpackaging.fr/content/10-envoi-de-commandes. Best regards,

I did not understand that we had to assemble everything ourselves!!!!! Maybe an explanatory note inside would not be too much!!!! Nevertheless, it's OK .....

Hello Pascale, the assembly videos for each of our boxes are available on our website. You just need to go to the page of each selected model and click on the camera icon (above the box photo). Feel free to get back to us if needed.

Very rich range, from the simplest to the very sophisticated. Perhaps a folding guide is missing when it's a bit complex. And therefore, delivered with a bit of surplus for the right to make mistakes :-)
