Received very quickly, compliant with my expectations. Just a bit poorly packaged for the large boxes that got a bit bent during transport (the carrier was not gentle with the package, like all carriers ^_^), but otherwise everything is OK :) Thank you!!

Regarding the inspiration examples published, indeed, it is often the same boxes that are presented.
These are the best-selling boxes and therefore the ones we regularly work with.
We will take the necessary measures to update our website more often and thus expand our list of inspirations.
Furthermore, when you go to the sheet for 'a particular box, at the bottom of the page, in the section titled "inspiration", you will find several examples of customizations we have done for our clients for the box in question.

Regarding delivery times, indeed, since we do not have all boxes in all sizes and colors in stock, we only produce them on demand. For this, several days of manufacturing are required depending on your request.
To this delay, the delivery with UPS is added according to the chosen option (UPS point, home delivery, urgent).

The products are pretty good overall but the service really needs improvement!!
-please update your UPS pickup points, the one I chose hasn't existed for 3 years!! So my package went back to the sender in Spain, then resent to my address as requested. A lot of time wasted...
-impossible to reach someone by phone for information or a problem...
-not always a French translation in the received emails! Sometimes it's completely in Spanish, not practical at all when you don't speak the language!
-no SMS or email to notify that the package has arrived! More time wasted...

Nothing went as planned... When I wanted to place an order, I was informed that the offer I was given was supposedly false and that the final amount was actually twice as high for the same product! Then there were multiple delays in production, delivery and every time I asked to be informed about the delivery time, I always had to follow up 2-3 times, as there was no tracking of my order! It's a shame because the result of the personalized boxes I ordered is very satisfactory, but at what cost to receive them…
