Items shipped quickly and especially in good packaging. A small addition of goods that I greatly appreciated. I will repeat the experience with other products for sure.

Site and delivery by UPS are acceptable, but I am not satisfied with the content. I had ordered 5 boxes with burgundy lids. In fact, I received 6 boxes, 5 with brown lids and only one with a burgundy lid.

Hello Claire, Following your message, I have just requested our workshop to resend you the 5 lids in burgundy color, you should receive them by the end of the week. Indeed, in case of error, you should contact us by phone or email so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
