The shipping was very fast, and they were predictable, they sent me 5 boxes instead of 4, along with two candies, a nice detail. Thank you very much.

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Paula,
We sincerely appreciate your comment and regret that the tissue paper did not meet your expectations. Likewise, I don't think there is whiter tissue paper.

Good morning, It was very hard for me to find a page that fits the measurements I needed. And the truth is that it works super well, to make the design and color very intuitive. Highly recommended.

I received some poorly die-cut boxes, when I notified them they acknowledged the error without hesitation and quickly sent me the same boxes properly die-cut. I really appreciate the gesture and the speed.

I ordered 2 sample boxes, I paid for both as I wanted to see how they looked in both colors. I received 2 black boxes (I ordered 1 white and one beige) and 2 separate color samples. If I had known that the samples were like this and not the box in the colors I wanted, I would have ordered only 1 sample box. In the end, I wanted to decide on one of the colors and seeing them in black does not allow me to decide on any. The boxes are very nice but my experience regarding the samples is not satisfactory.

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Alejandra,
We sincerely appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience was not as expected.
In the window that appears when you request samples, there is a notice that samples are always sent in random colors and we send the pieces of chosen colors when we do not have the boxes directly. We cannot produce just one box.
We will also use your opinion to improve our sample shipping process. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you want more information or assistance.
Thank you very much,
