The ordering process was extremely difficult as well as the delivery where 2 addresses were mixed up; fortunately, I was able to arrange with the delivery person (you do not offer home delivery)

I had problems retrieving my package at the pickup point, as my name was not registered with the package code. So I would like to know what happened. I also find that it would be better to protect it more by using an envelope with bubble wrap, as the cardboard gets damaged quickly.

I find the weight a bit too light, it gives the whole a too little rigid appearance. I am looking for packaging that has a more 'qualitative' aspect. Otherwise, the kraft material is very nice and the box is pretty. It's a shame...
