Waited for my order to be delivered for over 10 days. A second order was re-shipped this time delivered in 48 hours. It was the fault of the warehouse in France but still annoying in the planning. Very understanding and friendly in Belgium. Toll free number not possible to get from France. Would like to have the explanation.

Unfortunately, temperatures below 5° to 0° have a negative impact on the adhesion of the adhesives. We are currently testing different adhesives in order to find the most suitable product.
