This site is aimed at elderly people and it is not at all adapted to this category of people, it was not conceived for these people. It is complicated. The out-of-stock items are not indicated! To obtain the gifts it is complicated and one should not make a mistake otherwise to cancel, what a galley! I had very often problems to order and especially to re-order the same things and I sometimes spent a lot of time to simply place the same order!

The site is great, however for this order I had trouble getting delivery because once the order was placed, some items were out of stock! This postponed the delivery until the item was back in stock! So I had to do something else while waiting!!! Not cool!!!
