The site is very well designed. Good ergonomics, easy to use. However, I am very disappointed because the product delivered does not correspond to the product ordered. Delivered in white while the product was proposed in bluish gray. I reported this color error on the photo.

I was delivered with a month wait while the site announced 4 days for restocking. Smartlifetime accused its supplier Siissel... I had ordered from Sissel and I was delivered in 2 days! As I did not receive my equipment in time with Smartlifetime, I had to buy this equipment elsewhere for my training course, and send back the package from Smartlifetime after receiving it... In short, supposedly a promotion, and in the end, a lot of complications for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was not told when the delivery man was coming. He called me. Did not leave a notice for the second visit. I was therefore also absent for this last one. He called me and asked if he could leave the package with a neighbor. I said no. He did it anyway. Apart from that, I am perfectly satisfied.

My rating is for the whole service....from the order to the delivery ... I was very disappointed for the delivery: no appointment for the 1st presentation - impossible to follow and change the date of the 2nd presentation (via the website of the service provider - the number of the delivery on the ticket after the 1st presentation, was not recognized on the website of the company in charge of the delivery)
