The navigation on the site is rather difficult because it is not easy to find your way around the use of the products. There should be an explanation on a specific page specifying the difference between mobile diaper, anatomical protection, anatomical layer .... It would also be necessary to specify the dimensions of the product which are not specified.
The arrival of the products is random, the delays are sometimes very long due to stock shortages and there is no warning. You have to call to solve these problems. So you have to be available to do it. The interlocutors are charming, but the problem remains the same for us users. The follow-up is rather random, it seems that emails warn but not always. Maybe a handling error.... Apart from this fact no errors in the ordered products. So positive and negative.
