On the other hand, although their delivery time is very fast, especially for France, the delivery of the parcel by the GLS company leaves something to be desired and should be avoided, because even when you don't "force delivery" to avoid the delivery point, and even though you are at home, the delivery driver refuses to hand it over personally when it's on the upper floor of a building, even one with an elevator, but leaves it on the ground floor of the building's entrance hall without warning the customer by telephone when the intercom is out of order and the building is open to all, and doesn't take it to the delivery point either, as expected. At best, he's dropped off in the elevator. Despite my complaints to the company, GLS has not changed its attitude. I'll try another delivery company next time.
