I am disappointed with the DPD pick-up delivery service. The package, announced with a delay of 2 to 3 days, ultimately took 7 to 8 days to arrive. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that the delays have reached a full week. Moreover, the package was not delivered to the relay point I had selected. The relay point chosen by the service is not even one of the closest to my home. Finally, while tracking the package, I noticed that it passed through several centers far from its final destination (Courcelles, Vilvoorde, Arras, Roissy, Nancy), which seems to have contributed to the delay. Order received after quite a few mishaps! Package sent to a relay point in Chatillon while I live in Meudon. A relay point that opens from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM and is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday while the site indicates that it is open. UPS should absolutely be avoided as a carrier. No professionalism. Bottle arrived coffee by the cap. etc

Unfortunately, the package was too large for this locker, which resulted in an automatic transfer to another relay point. Normally, the carrier selects the nearest available relay, but we fully understand that this situation was inconvenient.
To avoid this type of inconvenience in the future, we recommend not choosing an automatic locker for large packages.
Furthermore, the alcohol-free Eau de Toilette - 500 ml, reported as damaged, will be automatically resent to you free of charge with your next order.
