The Sen'up service and the products are very good. However, the delivery service by DPD was catastrophic! The driver did not deliver on time. On the date scheduled for delivery, he supposedly did not find us, even though we live on a major thoroughfare and we regularly receive deliveries from other companies. The next day and the day after that, we didn't see him either (he had too many deliveries to make, he told us later!) I had to contact the DPD center every day and send them an email to make an appointment. As a result, the delivery was urgent and I had to buy the products elsewhere. Perhaps, by the way, we should continue to buy elsewhere than at Sen'up, if next time you send us again this transport company. What do you think? Sincerely Roland TALBOT

In case of absence, an appointment can be made. GLS: Home delivery. In case of absence, the parcel is delivered in a point relay. Colissimo : Home delivery by the post office. In case of absence, the parcel is delivered in your post office. Kiala : Delivery in the point relay of your choice. For the delivery at home, DPD remains the most effective service and the most appreciated by our customers.

Hello Mr. Bordes, Delivery is made at your convenience either with Colissimo, GLS, DPD or UPS Access Point (Kiala). When you choose a delivery with UPS AP, a map opens and all the relay points near your address are displayed. Simply choose one and click on "Select". The relay point is then automatically saved as the destination address. You skipped this step and entered in "additional information" a relay point which is no longer part of the UPS - Kiala network. On 2/12 we sent you an email to inform you of the unavailability of the relay point. We have selected the nearest relay point to your home. Regarding the delivery time, we have indeed encountered a longer than usual restocking time. We have asked Abena to make sure that this does not happen anymore.
