We should intervene with the two carriers DPD and GLS. The deliverymen do anything, they don't want to bring the parcel to your door under the pretext that your neighborhood is not safe & they have received orders not to go up" and I wonder if I will continue to place you order.

- DPD delivers in 24 to 48 hours throughout France and offers up to 2 home presentations.
- GLS also delivers in 24 to 48 hours and drops the package in the nearest relay point in case of absence.
- Kiala allows you to receive your package directly in the relay point of your choice.
- Colissimo is also proposed.
