Hello Mr. Pierens, after checking, we note that the delivery of your package with GLS was slower than expected. Usually, a delivery with GLS is done in 24 to 48 hours with a deposit in a relay point in case of absence. I see that your package was presented on 21/01 and 23/01 but that nobody was present to receive it. The package was finally dropped off at a relay point on 24/01, which is particularly long for a shipment on 17/01. I apologize for this delay. The problem has been passed on to GLS. Hello Mr. Bordes, Delivery is made at your convenience either with Colissimo, GLS, DPD or UPS Access Point (Kiala). When you choose a delivery with UPS AP, a map opens and all the relay points near your address are displayed. Simply choose one and click on "Select". The relay point is then automatically saved as the destination address. You skipped this step and entered in "additional information" a relay point which is no longer part of the UPS - Kiala network. On 2/12 we sent you an email to inform you of the unavailability of the relay point. We have selected the nearest relay point to your home. Regarding the delivery time, we have indeed encountered a longer than usual restocking time. We have asked Abena to make sure that this does not happen anymore.
