I was not told when the delivery man was coming. He called me. Did not leave a notice for the second visit. I was therefore also absent for this last one. He called me and asked if he could leave the package with a neighbor. I said no. He did it anyway. Apart from that, I am perfectly satisfied.

the shipment is perfect - everything is well noted for the transport route. My dissatisfaction comes from the delivery service which says to leave a notice in the mailbox or I did not find anything (I live in a house) and I had to search on the site to find the place where your transport correspondent had left the package. I would be ready to order again but the lack of seriousness of the carrier makes me hesitate but advise

My rating is for the whole service....from the order to the delivery ... I was very disappointed for the delivery: no appointment for the 1st presentation - impossible to follow and change the date of the 2nd presentation (via the website of the service provider - the number of the delivery on the ticket after the 1st presentation, was not recognized on the website of the company in charge of the delivery)
