You should know that bulky parcels are extremely expensive to ship and that these prices are constantly increasing. In addition, we are still going to undergo a significant indexation from the first of January of the various carriers.
To make matters worse, the price of packing cartons has also risen sharply (50%). We are therefore studying another packaging system in order to reduce the costs of transport and packaging that we can no longer bear. package shipped quickly. For the delivery, non-existent communication 1) not knowing where the package was going to be delivered, 2) not warned of its arrival in relay point. (too much subcontracting in my opinion) Fortunately, I called again to find out, and a communication officer gave me all the necessary information. Otherwise the package would have left.
