Hello, We replied to you the same day by return mail, i.e. November 16, and have not received any answer from you. Here is the content: "Hello, Would you be so kind as to send us a photo of the package received so that we can compare the references? Sincerely, Stefania Sini Senup Customer Service". Each order is checked twice to avoid this type of problem. When we find out that a mistake has been made, we take care of the replacement. Would you be so kind as to send us a picture and tell us how many packages (out of the 7 sent) are wrong? For your information, we have checked the weight of your package and it corresponds exactly to a box containing 7 packages of Tena Pants Maxi Large...
