Ordered on January 20, 2022. Still not delivered on February 7th. Several changes in the place of delivery, finally resulting in a return to sender and a request for a refund.

Delivery made the day after the order, a little more than 30 hours later: bravo! On the other hand, the announcement of delivery made in the morning at 8:50 am: this day "before 7:30 pm"! such a time slot is excessive because it blocked me all day and prevented me from going on any errand, including to the pharmacy. Hello, This is a cover cardboard which is mainly used for discretion and to keep the two original cardboards together. The original boxes have a good thickness and solidity, the packing boxes are less so. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our packing system will change in a few months to be more efficient. However, I am surprised by the comment and the very harsh rating you left us for a price issue. Indeed, when you place an order, all prices are displayed before payment, including the costs related to delivery. If you have chosen to finalize your purchase, perhaps it is because our prices are still more competitive than in pharmacies?
I understand your dissatisfaction with the increase in our delivery rates, but the price of transport has exploded for a long time and unfortunately we had no choice but to pass on this increase in our delivery rates. The shipping costs for France are now free from 130 € and no longer from 120 € with DPD and GLS.
