The delivery was missed, I had to recover my package, on foot, and, at a crossroads, 500m from my home !!!!. The 2 delivery men didn't seem to know their GPS, or? they were beginners. But I'm tolerant!

Three stars not two because the delivery time was fast, it's my first order and the package arrived in very bad condition because the packaging was too light so the products inside arrived very, very damaged. However I contacted the customer service who answered me quickly but still the packing boxes are too light (even for pants), risk of gutting the package and if there are fragile things..... I do not know if I would recommend this site.

I ordered 2 packs of nateen anatomical protections because on the description it was said that there was a large adhesive strip all along. I received them in time except that no adhesive strip Otherwise I am never disappointed by smartime

Hello Ms. ********* , I just checked the product description and I do not see that it is indicated that there is an adhesive strip along the entire length. It reads: "Bonding: Non-toxic hot melt adhesive. After checking, it is indeed an error. There are no adhesive strips on the Nateen Easy-8.
