When you choose a delivery with UPS AP, a map opens and all the relay points near your address are displayed. Simply choose one and click on "Select". The relay point is then automatically saved as the destination address. You skipped this step and entered in "additional information" a relay point which is no longer part of the UPS - Kiala network.
