Deplorable shopping experience because of the delivery service. The DPD service provider systematically refuses to deliver at home and it is always a very tough and shocking fight with the delivery man on the phone to get him to honor the delivery as planned when ordering. Despite several complaints to the customer services of DPD and Smartlifetime, nothing changes... Too bad and discouraging

Hello Mrs Coffin, I regret your dissatisfaction with the DPD carrier. After checking the delivery of your last order, I see that we shipped your package on 11/10 and that it was delivered on 13/10. Your previous order was shipped on 08/25 and delivered on 08/27. So the deadlines are respected but you are obviously confronted with an uncooperative driver. We invite you to try another of our carriers.
