Hello Mr. Gervais, We have difficulty understanding how you can find our prices excessive when we offer particularly aggressive prices, if not the cheapest on the market with our discounted packaging. In addition, you have benefited from free delivery and we offer a 2% discount via our loyalty system. Today, on the 23/06, you called us to inform us that you had received the wrong packages (on the 5/06?) in correct product packaging for the 5 boxes of TENA. This is quite incredible and unheard of. You then insisted on keeping all these packages free of charge and that we deliver the correct references to you again.
