The question is badly put, in my opinion: if it is about the establishment, I would give a five star rating; if it is about the site itself, it would be worth much less because it is illegible (the pale grey is difficult to decipher). The visual communication needs to be reviewed and improved.

I find it a shame not to be notified by email when a product is missing. During my last order of August 13, I waited in vain for delivery to my place of vacation. Finally it was delivered 4 days after my departure while I had asked that it be delivered to my home.

Hello Mr. Gilbert, I apologize for this inconvenience.
However, we use double fluted cardboard boxes made of kraft material and a very effective adhesive for large packages to avoid this type of problem. Furthermore, we protect the products inside the package as much as possible so that they are not damaged.
