The site is very well designed. Good ergonomics, easy to use. However, I am very disappointed because the product delivered does not correspond to the product ordered. Delivered in white while the product was proposed in bluish gray. I reported this color error on the photo.

the shipment is perfect - everything is well noted for the transport route. My dissatisfaction comes from the delivery service which says to leave a notice in the mailbox or I did not find anything (I live in a house) and I had to search on the site to find the place where your transport correspondent had left the package. I would be ready to order again but the lack of seriousness of the carrier makes me hesitate but advise

I was very disappointed for the delivery: no appointment for the 1st presentation - impossible to follow and change the date of the 2nd presentation (via the website of the service provider - the number of the delivery on the ticket after the 1st presentation, was not recognized on the website of the company in charge of the delivery)
