The delivery service by GLS is deplorable: only one parcel out of two received since more than two weeks, parcel which made the tour of France, damaged cardboard box, unreachable customer service, no information given as for the day of delivery, neither email, nor sms, nor call of the deliverer (it is the surprise, it is necessary to be at home 24 hours a day!)... Otherwise, no concern with Senup at which I place orders for my mother since 2 or 3 years and good customer service.

Very disappointed by the Nateen flexi maxi XL. Absorption capacity much lower than the given capacity, the size also smaller than the Hartmann Mobiles when it is supposed to be identical.

The only downside is that I arrived at my mother's house at the same time as the delivery man. The latter being bedridden could not open it. Only an email address is requested, no phone number so that the deliverer can contact us.

I don't think I'm the only one who has these types of items sent to the nursing home. Please take into account the delivery instructions. Do not leave a large and heavy package in front of an elderly person's door, but at the reception desk according to the times indicated.

Everything went well. The package was well packaged and conformed to the order. I was a little doubtful at first because the delivery date was missing. Delivery made the day after the order, a little more than 30 hours later: bravo! On the other hand, the announcement of delivery made in the morning at 8:50 am: this day "before 7:30 pm"! such a time slot is excessive because it blocked me all day and prevented me from going on any errand, including to the pharmacy. Wouldn't it be possible to tighten this time slot? Thank you
