Very good, order prepared and dispatched very quickly. On the other hand, although their delivery time is very fast, especially for France, the delivery of the parcel by the GLS company leaves something to be desired and should be avoided, because even when you don't "force delivery" to avoid the delivery point, and even though you are at home, the delivery driver refuses to hand it over personally when it's on the upper floor of a building, even one with an elevator, but leaves it on the ground floor of the building's entrance hall without warning the customer by telephone when the intercom is out of order and the building is open to all, and doesn't take it to the delivery point either, as expected. At best, he's dropped off in the elevator. Despite my complaints to the company, GLS has not changed its attitude. I'll try another delivery company next time.

The increase in shipping costs to Corsica, even when delivery is offered to France, leads to a 25% increase in cost for the customer. No alternative is offered to delivery by the Chronopost carrier, which is undoubtedly overcharging. If I can't find an alternative by the time I place my next order, I'll turn to another supplier with better rates, which offers free delivery to Corsica for orders of €69 or more via Mondial Relay's point relais service. Offering only DPD as an option for Corsica will lead your potential customers to imitate me by turning to other service providers.
