In addition, you have benefited from free delivery and we offer a 2% discount via our loyalty system. Today, on the 23/06, you called us to inform us that you had received the wrong packages (on the 5/06?) in correct product packaging for the 5 boxes of TENA. This is quite incredible and unheard of. You then insisted on keeping all these packages free of charge and that we deliver the correct references to you again.

Three stars not two because the delivery time was fast, it's my first order and the package arrived in very bad condition because the packaging was too light so the products inside arrived very, very damaged. However I contacted the customer service who answered me quickly but still the packing boxes are too light (even for pants), risk of gutting the package and if there are fragile things..... I do not know if I would recommend this site.
