The dispatch of my new order has not yet been executedI, although it has passed quite a time since I placed it. On the contrary my previous order was very quickly executed. However, the communication with the staff is very good.

I think it's too small for my daughter's age, and too soft in the recuperator.

First order on the site and I must say I'm not disappointed.
The products corresponded to my expectations, there was no problem with tracking the shipment, and delivery was made quickly - in short, I recommend it. The only small drawback is that I didn't really understand the different sections of the site until after I'd placed my order, as the drop-down menu with the different product categories is not very visible in my opinion.

Very nice site, too bad some products run out too quickly and the collections don't have more products! Fast delivery, on time. This is not my first order, and it won't be my last!

Nice site, too bad it lacks descriptions for product colors, a little more precise, otherwise perfect.

RAS, easy to enter, but I didn't get any feedback on whether my gift had been delivered. Buyers who don't have their gifts delivered should be informed.

I find this site very useful for choosing a gift, but you also have to pay for postage, which is a shame for the person giving the gift.

I really like the Sévira items, but it's a shame that the site doesn't restrict the items that are visible (at least on the phone).I'll explain: Wanting to buy, for the third time, an evolving minky swaddle sleeping bag, I unwillingly ordered a minky swaddle sleeping bag. One word less and a big disappointment on receipt, as this item is of no use to me...
