Magnificent article which embellishes the decoration of the guest room and child's room. However, the accessory bought in addition to the needle pump to inflate the hot-air balloon does not work ...

I received two size M hot-air balloons. I had ordered one in size S and one in size M. But at least I got a size M for the price of a size S. And the quality is great, so I'm more than satisfied!

Shipped very quickly, we took advantage of a voucher offered following a commercial gesture after previous purchases. We ordered clothes for our twin babies. Everything is of very good quality.

Order received on time, very good quality, the recipients of these orders are very happy. One star less for the price which is a bit expensive and produced in Turkey.

Ordered a flat baby pillow in cotton percale and bamboo. The pillow is fine, but after washing at 30° (it's supposed to last up to 40), it pilled up completely and is no longer flat at all, so no longer usable. I sent this info back to customer service, who sent me a new pillow, without accepting my request for a refund. Unfortunately, the problem is exactly the same with the new one after washing, and I haven't heard from customer service since.
