Very happy with my order which arrived very quickly. There was a problem with one item but the after-sales service was very responsive and even made a commercial gesture for this error. I highly recommend sevira kids.

I really like the Sévira items, but it's a shame that the site doesn't restrict the items that are visible (at least on the phone).I'll explain: Wanting to buy, for the third time, an evolving minky swaddle sleeping bag, I unwillingly ordered a minky swaddle sleeping bag. One word less and a big disappointment on receipt, as this item is of no use to me...

Baby sleeping bag bought for a birth gift and sent directly to my friend. But product error! I received a milky winter sleeping bag when I had ordered a cotton summer one. Reshipment at my expense from the buyer when it was an error on the part of the seller!
