I have nothing to say about the site or the product, which are fine. What annoys me is that I ordered gift-wrapping, paid for it, and the wrapping was so badly done that I tore it up and made another one myself... I feel that sevirakids did not provide the expected service.

two item errors on the order. We sent an email to find out how to proceed using the "contact us" section.
We still haven't received a reply.
We're going to send back the items sent in error, but we're not sure we'll be able to reorder the ones we want. Otherwise, the other products are of good quality and very pretty.
