I was a little disappointed when I opened my parcel because the visual on the site did not correspond to the product I received. It would be a good idea to update the product photos.

A parcel sent back by mistake by laposte to sevirakids without delivery. But very good communication and responsiveness from customer service. Package received 1.5 weeks after order. Very good quality product. Would recommend

I didn't know the site at all and I'm very satisfied with the service! We are kept well informed of the progress of the order and the delivery times are quite short.

Order placed on the sevira kids website because of the 40% discount on this item rather than on amazon (amazon premium customer) which only had a 15% discount. My order was delivered to me in an amazon premium box, but without the benefit of working day delivery. It's a shame that the prices don't match between the 2 sites, but it helped me get to know your site.
