5 out of 5 for the shipment, which couldn't have been quicker. On the other hand, the description of one product (crib sheets) was wrong, and the size didn't correspond at all to the sheets I received. I still haven't heard back from customer service, even though baby is due to arrive in less than 2 weeks. I was hoping for a response as quick as the shipping service, as I currently have no sheets to put in his bed, and time is seriously running out, as he could be born at any moment.

Very good order tracking. The package is not for me and I had it delivered 500 kms from my home. On the other hand, the people were well at home, well aware of the tracking since I transmitted all your emails but they did not see anyone They had to go to the relay point. The carrier went for the simplest solution, even though I had also given them my cell phone number. One star less.
