fast shipping easy to buy. Lack of detailed photos (e.g. universal footmuff compatible with 3 or 5-point car seat, need images certifying fit and installation on car seat, and 5 points at that).

The website is good, the order arrived quickly, but the items were not exactly the same as those ordered... they were less pretty.

Fast shipment but postal service did not meet deadlines due to vacations.
Invoice from another person received with my parcel (confidentiality not respected).

Good site, with a wide selection of items. Prices are reasonable. I really appreciated the originality of some of the items, such as the baby blanket with African motifs, a gift that I really liked.

Disappointed with the delivery with customs fees as a surprise! Product of good quality to the touch, very soft and pretty color. The cushion is not really a pillow.

when I go to the site, as there are so many items to satisfy so many people, it's hard to find what I want in one go. Sometimes I need to go to another site like amazon to get the exact name of the item to search for it. This should be improved. This is my 3rd order, so I'm no novice.

Site with plenty of choice. However, I was disappointed with the delivery. Mail received that the order was shipped but when I went on the link to see the order tracking I needed the tracking number that I had not received so impossible to know where my package was ... I had to call customer service who did a search and told me it would arrive the same day. In fact, 1 hour later, the deliveryman rang the bell while I went downstairs to open the parcel (I was 9 months pregnant). The deliveryman was in the process of forcing the box to fit into the letterbox, so the box was damaged. Just the small inconvenience of not being able to track the parcel, but apart from that, customer service was very friendly and responsive.
Thank you very much.
