Lovely items, as described. The blankets are ultra soft, even after washing! And for having had a small problem with one of the items, customer service was responsive and accommodating, so thank you again for the gesture!

I could have put 4 or 5 stars but I was disappointed because I couldn't benefit from the 10% discount on my first order as advertised on the site. I notified them by e-mail and they very quickly and kindly offered me several solutions for compensation. I opted for a complimentary shoulder bib. However, when I opened the parcel, I was disappointed to find that the bib was not there, contrary to what I had been promised...

Fast delivery otherwise not yet tried because bb is always warm but had already used it for previous baby on the quality I saw the rise in grade I will not be disappointed. Except for the zipper, as I said in a previous review.

Bin site, shame that the products are on promotion on certain colors only when the presence of the product in the promotion category makes one think otherwise. Fast processing of the order, and response to the question too. Too bad your contact form doesn't work, sending an email to your contact address gives too slow a response...

The products are not as high quality as they appear. The colors of the bumper pads are much less vivid than in the pictures. The photos do not reflect the product received. Textile quality is lower. Disappointed with the image sold.
