You should check your list of outlets as your list is not up to date. There have been many difficulties in receiving your shipment!

Hello we are sorry to hear that you have encountered a problem outside of delivery. We do not have any points of sale apart from our website and showrooms at the moment. All parcels are dispatched by large logistics companies such as the Post Office or Colis privé and with a tracking number which is communicated to our customers so that they can follow their order directly. Our customer service is also available to provide any information you may require. Sincerely

Fast delivery and very responsive customer service. The only downside is that we find the choice for baby boys limited.

Very fast and careful shipment, but I regret the lack of communication. I ordered without creating a sevira account by paying with paypal. I got a confirmation email from paypal and then nothing for a few days... until I received the package! So I was worried for nothing: the order was on its way (and perfect)!
