I love the vintage collection and I've taken almost everything plus items from another collection! Nice products, but not much choice in terms of clothing, and above all a misleading product description, at least for the so-called tactile nightlight. The nightlight is very pretty but in no way tactile, whereas the description really emphasizes this quality. This was very disappointing and led to a loss of confidence in the brand. Especially as the complaint was handled in a very standard way and so far no refund has been received...

On the other hand, the description of one product (crib sheets) was wrong, and the size didn't correspond at all to the sheets I received. I still haven't heard back from customer service, even though baby is due to arrive in less than 2 weeks. I was hoping for a response as quick as the shipping service, as I currently have no sheets to put in his bed, and time is seriously running out, as he could be born at any moment.
