Customer reviews of SEVIRA KIDS

We attach great importance to the quality of our products and to the satisfaction of our customers. Our soft toys are handmade with the greatest care, especially when it comes to finishing. We are therefore surprised and concerned to learn that the product you have received does not seem to meet our usual quality standards, particularly with regard to the seams and the fit of the fabric. We take your feedback very seriously, as it helps us to constantly improve our products and service. We would like to invite you to contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We'll be happy to look into the situation and offer you a satisfactory solution. Your experience is important to us, and we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. You can reach us by email or phone]and we will do our best to respond to your needs and resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We thank you for your confidence and remain at your entire disposal. Yours faithfully
